How much does it cost?
It depends on the modules, the number of tills and companies, and any changes made for you. Ask for a quotation and we reply with a price for your organisation. The 30-day trial is free.
Do I need the internet?
No. JoodBooks runs on your own computer, and other computers and phones in the shop can use it over your network. The internet is only needed to send e-invoices to JoFotara and e-mails.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, report and printed document is in Arabic and English, and each person chooses their language.
Can it send invoices to JoFotara?
Yes. Sales invoices, credit notes and point-of-sale receipts are sent to the Jordanian e-invoicing system with their QR code.
Is it only for Jordan?
No. Jordanian rules are built in, and the taxes and currencies of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt or any other country can be set up.
Can I bring my data from another program?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, the chart of accounts, opening balances and open invoices can be imported from Excel.
What happens to my data if my computer breaks?
JoodBooks makes a backup every day and can keep a copy on OneDrive, Google Drive or a USB disk. A backup restores everything on a new computer.
